Same great D-Ring you know and love from Dutton, but with the added full cheek pieces which can be used to lock the bits position. 

The copper twisted mouth is medium to strong severity. 3/16” twisted wire with copper laid in the twist with mullen relief. This is a good tune up mouthpiece, the twist applies the pressure in a serrated fashion across the bars (pressure, gap, pressure, gap) allowing more feel with less pressure.
